Construction timeline

Step 1: Site prep and framing
Weeks 1 – 6:  Includes excavation, foundation work and framing.

Step 2: Rough mechanics and drywall
Weeks 7 – 10:  Includes siding and exterior paint, insulation, plumbing, electrical and HVAC rough-in, sheetrock.

Step 3: Finishing
Weeks 11 – 16 weeks:  Includes electrical and HVAC trim, cabinets, painting and millwork, carpet and appliance installation, mirrors and shelving, punch and cleaning, final inspection.

Step 4: Closing
Weeks 17 and 18:  Includes initial walk-through and orientation, followed by final walk-through and closing.
