elevation choices. Once you’ve decided on a Westcott home, the service moves to an entirely different level.
With our unique Home Owner Concierge Program, you’ll be assigned a knowledgeable, personable representative who will serve as your single point of contact throughout the home buying process. They’ll help guide you through the Options process, where you’ll choose from dozens of options for your new home – from lighting to landscaping. The Concierge’s purpose is simple: to get you the answers you need and make sure you know exactly what to expect. Prior to closing, there is nothing outside the scope of your Concierge. Whatever you need, he or she will make sure you get it, whether it’s the phone number of a reputable landscaper or the location of the nearest Italian restaurant.
After your home closes, your Concierge will continue to assist you, as you make the transition from home buyer to homeowner.
